Anger can be used as a weapon to eliminate our problem or to create one. Many people believe one should let go of any anger which is true in some cases, but the truth is we need anger in our lives to gather power for fighting against problems in vulnerable times. There are many people who can't tame there rage while there are some who don't even know what rage is and how to use it.
       We need to learn how to control our anger in order to fight against any form of injustice and to stay calm in unwanted situations.
     For example, kids often prefer learning from the internet instead of sneaking out to their parents or to their teachers. This is caused by unnecessary judgement's and rage. The internet does not comment on ones learning speed and capacity whereas a person with rage problems might lose control of themselves and start yelling at the kid.
    So ultimately rage could lead you to bad parenting. Rage can make people afraid of you and might create fear instead of respect, A lot of people think being dominant might complete a work given by them.
 For example a boss tries to be dominant towards his or her employees but this create fear of losing job or something else. But instead if one wants people to listen to him or her or to complete their respective works in time then that person should earn others respect which will eliminate fear from everyone's mind.


 There are numerous ways to control your anger:

1 Let your mind speak before your tongue
         have you ever felt that you spoke too soon and now you can't take it back. This happens a lot with teenagers because they don't master the ability to tame their anger.
So next time you get mad at someone please think before you speak.
Maybe your loved one made a mistake even after you tried to stop them or maybe someone had hurt your feelings, but even in this bad situations if you lose your control over your tongue you might create a chaos.
Just think what you want to say in your mind, if you think whatever it is that you want to say is worth saying at the situation then go ahead and say it, but if you think that you should lower your thoughts then wait till you can calm yourselves. Mostly we take dumb decisions in anger.

2 Talk to your mirror first
          So maybe you are angry over your friends or any loved one you might build up a yelling section for them, but before you going and start shouting at them just stop and start yelling at yourself with the same tone and attitude, think the mistake they have made is done by you. Just start yelling at yourself and after letting everything out of your mind, just take a moment and observe how you felt 
Ask yourself some questions like
Was that mistake worth yelling at ?
Is my words hurtful?
This will help you understand the emotional status of the person in front of you after you have yelled at them.
